Meanwhile in India, the fourth edition of this newsletter contained a typo.
The first paragraph read:
“The agriculture sector employs about 50% of India’s workforce i.e. 20 million people, many of whom work on small plots with modest earnings and technology making them dependent on crop price assurances.”
The agriculture sector actually employs 200 million people.
I sincerely apologize for the mistake and thank those who quickly pointed it out. The correction has already been made to the online version.
